This class explores nature and builds the foundations of fine art skills. Students will develop confidence in decision-making, problem solving, and adapting as they create their artworks. Each week we will explore a different animal, plant, insect or ecosystem. Projects include: Cyanotype sun-printing, landscape paintings, lady bug study paintings, forest animals and more!
Each student will receive a sketchbook to use throughout the series and take home at the end.
10 Wednesday Class Dates: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11 NO CLASS, 11/18
Students will participate in an Art Show on the last day of class Wednesday November 18th at 4pm! Parents and Family are welcome to join! (More details will be shared closer to the date).
Class is open to K-5th students.
Free trial class for interested students! Go back to the menu and click the link and sign up under "Trial" to attend our first class of the semester. No purchase necessary. Your kiddo can see what our classes are all about, and go home with a finished art piece. If you choose, you'll be able to sign up for the rest of the trimester after that!
